Cecily is my PT. She was efficient with my evaluation, listened to what I had to say. Cecily efficiently showed me everything she wanted me to do and worked me out. The place itself is a little small, but everyone there for rehab were doing what they were there for. I was pleased with Cecily as my PT.

This is my first appointment ever in PT and honestly it was a sigh of relief to feel like I could finally get redone relief from pain in neck, back, and cervical vertigo. My wife was burned by an employee with a heating pad on shoulder and back .. left her with big sores on her back and shoulder for weeks … when she asked for their insurance company’s name and number she was told not to come back and now they refuse to give her any information…. Beware !

I've been coming to Physical Therapy for a great number of years at the MLK facility and always leave feeling good. The entire staff there are great attentive to your needs and very professional I enjoy how they care about you and helping you get well, I think MLK is worth more than five stars and would highly recommend if you need Physical Therapy MLK is the place to come.

I can't say enough good things about Mike Sanchez! He's awesome. I went for pre-hab prior to knee replacement surgery. I don't feel as nervous now and know I will be in good hands after the surgery.

Jake has been an absolute ANGEL. Though I've only had the pleasure of working with him a few times, I've learned that he has a passion for helping people. He is kind, compassionate, considerate, gentle, and is incredibly well-versed on all things physical therapy. Unfortunately for us, he will be leaving soon. I nearly cried when he told me today. I'm going to miss him terribly. Whoever gets the pleasure of working with him in the future will be incredibly lucky! You are in GREAT hands with him. Great PT place, I had a car accident and hurt my back, and I went 12 weeks , once a week to this location, recommended by my attorney and I am feeling great, this exercises that they had me do was hurting in the beginning, but it takes pain to relieve pain. Chegun, Jeff, Cecily, Jake, and Sean are the people I saw the most, very knowledgeable and very attentive in to getting you better

The Baltimore MD location on MLK Blvd is AWESOME, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. All the staff is so friendly and genuinely want you to be your best . The therapist take time out to explain to you the plan for your treatment. The center is always clean and full of good energy

My first time going to Innovative Physical Therapy and physical therapy in general, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The physical therapist I was assigned to was really nice, made me feel comfortable, and took his time explaining everything. For the first time in 34 years seeing medical professionals, I was asked if there is anything he should be self-aware of, not do or know to work around to make sure I'm comfortable since I shared having PTSD on my form. It was really appreciated and made me realize that every medical professional who is aware of a mental illness should be as respectful and thoughtful as he.

My experience was awesome. The staff really is amazing. I watched other patients go from walkers to canes from canes to walking without assistance. I will definitely recommend going here. I will continue to use all the knowledge and exercises they taught me to further my recovery. I myself was involved in a car accident while I was pregnant which really delayed my recovery. I am thankful that they really aimed my exercises to my personal goals.

Greetings! This is an Update of my last review of the Innovative Healthcare Physical Therapy Center, located in Baltimore, at the MLK Jr. Blvd & Saratoga Streets Office!

After going there for a few months now, and before barely being able to walk without shortness of breath, not able to stand for a normal period of time from severe weakness in my lower back & lower extremeties, detrimental pain in my lower back, nerve damage & very little balance, A survivor of a recent major risky surgery procedure.

This PT team Is Awesome, helping me gain my mobility and strength back. They even helped my Pain lessen. Today, I am still there! Not pain free but I have better strength, better balance & Less pain! Still working on mobility improvements! I am a walking Miracle & Innovative PT, helped me to discover that!!

I said all that to say, To All of you who are sick n tired of being sick n tired, of that seemingly never ending nagging pain in your Neck, in your Shoulder, your Back, your Knees, Legs or Feet, "Anywhere", the Innovative Physical Therapy down on MLK Jr. Blvd can, and is waiting to Welcome you to the family there , and to help you feel better!

They don't have a clue that I am saying these things,, but it doesn't matter, just call or stop by there.. This is for those suffering with all those aches & pain. IPT knows what to do for you! Personally, I love going there. I love them, and I can hardly wait for my next appointment. They are truly helping me. I can't say that enough, because it's true!

I am not out of the woods yet, but I feel sooo much better than I did the day I walked in there & met everyone! Instanly felt at home. I look forward to the proper exercise techniques that really helps me as a patient to learn how to work with the pain gently, which allows me to even over-power the pain many times for a little while longer, and not the other way around, the pain getting the best of me (or Us)! I don't baby the pain. Physical therapy has taught me a lot, and is the Best thing we all can do while still allowing the body to heal!

My forever saying is, which makes me even stronger & more persistant in staying on course, and as strong as possible, is the fact that...
'If you don't use it, you may lose it! That's enough to keep me moving! I am even losing excess accumulated lbs, that I hated! Body Toning, due to health conditions, beyond my control, takes a tiny bit longer!

I know I said a lot, but I am only trying to reach out to those of you, who are suffering alone, trying to do it alone and feels that all hope is gone. But if you keep doing the same things you will get the same results. Well, let me enlighten you: At the Innovative Center where I go, MLK twice a week, you must meet this team. They're All professuonal & caring! Join me & the others!

Next we have Chrstina. I like Christina. Shes attentive & She's somewhat quiet, but that's okay because I talk enough for both of us! She doesn't complain.

It's even pleasant having the students come there!

It was my first visit . Cecily was professional yet still friendly enough that I instantly felt comfortable with her. She also seemed very knowledgeable. Since my previous post I have been there over a dozen times and everytime I have a more than pleasant experience. The staff is great and the patients are too. I feel so comfortable at this location.

I went in for an EMG. Cecily Mullin was the lead technician/therapist with help from two others. Although the EMG was inherently an uncomfortable procedure, the three therapists made it sort of fun. If I ever have to do another EMG, I'll go back to this facility.

I have had several experiences with P.T. providers and although this was just my initial visit, I am pleasantly impressed. Everyone there was very friendly, the provider I saw listened to everything I said, was very gentle, and explained things thoroughly. I was really happy to hear that they provide transportation to and from my appointments and they are very flexible with scheduling. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my experience so far and I would recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy services.
